Encrypted palm photos
Palm photos are encrypted at rest and only open through short-lived links tied to your account.
Never seen by our team
Our support team can see scan quality metrics, never your palm photos.
Hidden data removed
Photos are re-encoded when they arrive, which strips hidden metadata such as location.
Secure sign-in
Sign-in keys stay in your phone's secure storage (Keystore / Keychain), sessions renew every 15 minutes, and code guessing is rate-limited.
Verified payments
Payments go through Razorpay and are verified on our servers. We never see your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
HTTPS only, no ad trackers
Everything between the app and our servers travels over HTTPS, and there are no third-party advertising trackers.

01Entertainment and self-reflection only
PalmDrishti offers traditional palmistry interpretations and AI-generated insights for entertainment and self-reflection. Palmistry is not scientifically proven. Nothing in the app is a prediction, guarantee or professional advice: not medical, psychological, financial, investment, legal, career or relationship advice. Make important decisions with qualified professionals.
We never present palm features we could not detect, and every reading is generated from measurements of your photo combined with traditional interpretations, which may be imperfect.
02Who can use PalmDrishti
You must be at least 13 years old. Users aged 13–17 should use the app with a parent's or guardian's knowledge.
03Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Use the app lawfully, do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or misuse the service, and only scan another person's palm with their permission. We may put an account on hold if it is used to abuse the service or break these terms; contact support and we will review it with you.
04Purchases
Premium is sold as prepaid passes (weekly, monthly or lifetime) through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. The price including GST is shown before you pay, and an invoice is available in Profile › Purchases & invoices. Passes do not renew automatically. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you buy through Google Play or the App Store, that store's terms also apply.
05Content you provide
You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
06Availability and changes
We may update features, prices or these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
07Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PalmDrishti is provided "as is" and we are not liable for decisions made based on readings.

PalmDrishti ("we", "us") provides traditional palmistry interpretations and AI-generated insights for entertainment and self-reflection. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Your palm photo is sensitive personal data, and we treat it that way.
01What we collect
📸Palm photos
When you scan your palm, we receive the photo so we can analyse it. Live camera frames used for the on-screen quality checks are analysed in memory and never stored.
📐Palm features
Our computer vision measures your hand shape, finger proportions, palm lines and markings. These measurements (not the photo) are used to create your reading.
🪪Profile details you choose to share
Name, date of birth, and optionally your time and place of birth (we store the place you pick from our town list with its map coordinates and time zone, which your Kundli needs); life stage, career goals, interests, dominant hand and, for students, education details. These personalise your insights. Your date of birth also sets your age group, so younger users get age-appropriate readings, and your sun sign. You can edit or remove these details in Profile at any time.
🔑Account details
An anonymous account is created automatically. If you sign in, we store your email address or Apple ID identifier.
💬Ask My Palm conversations
Your questions and the answers, so you can revisit them in AI History.
🧾Purchases and checkout details
When you buy a plan, we ask for your name, email and mobile number. We use them for the payment, your receipt and invoice, and to help you if something goes wrong; they are not verified with a code and are never used to sign you in. Payments are processed by Razorpay (or Google Play / the App Store if you buy there). We receive the order and payment IDs, the amount and the payment method type (for example UPI), never your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
📊Usage and diagnostics
Which screens and features you use (for example "career reading opened"), when the app is opened or closed, and errors the app runs into (with the screen, app version and device platform), so we can fix problems and improve the app. Diagnostic error records are kept for 30 days. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
02How we use your data
To create your palm reading, personalise insights, provide Ask My Palm answers, verify purchases, keep your account secure, prevent abuse and improve the product.
AI processing. To write personalised text, the structured palm features (never your photo) and limited profile context (first name, age group, life stage, interests, career goals, education details and sun sign; never your exact birth date, time or place) are sent to our AI providers: Google (Gemini) for Ask My Palm, together with your question and the recent conversation, and Anthropic (Claude) for reading text. They process it under contractual terms that don't allow using it to train their models.

03How we protect your palm photos
Photos are uploaded over HTTPS and encrypted at rest. They can only be viewed through short-lived links tied to your account. Our support team can see scan quality metrics but never your palm photos.
04Retention

05Your choices and rights
🧹Delete My Palm Data
Profile › Privacy immediately deletes all palm photos, scans, readings, compatibility readings and AI chats.
🗑️Delete My Account
Deletes your account and all personal data. We keep minimal purchase records where required by law and store policies, detached from your identity.
You can turn off each notification category, request a copy of your data, or correct it by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR) you may have additional rights, including withdrawing consent at any time.
06Children
PalmDrishti is not directed to children under 13. Users aged 13–17 receive readings focused on studies, friendships and personal growth; relationship, compatibility and financial content is restricted.
07Purchases
We keep a record of each purchase (plan, date, amount including GST, and the order and payment IDs) to unlock Premium, handle refunds and generate your invoices, which you can download in Profile › Purchases & invoices. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
08Sources
Your Kundli is calculated on our servers from your birth details using traditional Vedic (sidereal, Lahiri) astronomy. Birth-place names, coordinates and time zones come from GeoNames (geonames.org), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.
